The mi2.2 has a higher ease of use than the mi2.1 due to an automatic weight lifting device, which enables the measurement to be started automatically after the melting time is over. Once the measurement has been carried out, the weights can be lifted automatically.

Description

Melt Indexer – Melt Flow Index Tester (Plastometer) are used to measure the melt flow index MFR in g/10min and the volume flow index MVR in cm³/10min of pellets, powder or fine granules. The Melt Flow Index Testers are designed to measurements according to EN ISO 1133 and ASTM D1238. The testing device can be individually adapted to the application by means of variously automated basic devices and many options.
